Warranty

Escapade Campers is a small Brisbane and Perth based business which will replace or repair any product at its discretion that is subject to faulty manufacturing or workmanship.

EXCLUSIONS

The above warranty is limited to manufacturing and materials defects. Not including damage caused by misuse or abuse, wear and tear, condensation, extreme weather, accidents, incorrect set up, damage caused by mould, insects, animals or children. This also excludes broken poles and damage caused by a jammed, snagged zipper or excessive force applied to zipper causing failure.

Please Note: Condensation/Mould is not covered under the Escapade Campers Warranty

MAKING A CLAIM

To make a claim please ensure you retain your invoice of purchase. Please email us at bronson@escapadecampers.com.au stating the nature of your claim and we will be in touch with you ASAP. Product subject to warranty will be sent to Escapade Campers, Brendale 4500. All freight costs associated with return of product for assessment is payable by consumer.
*Please understand that Australia has a very harsh climate and defects caused due to weather conditions, poor maintenance and salt water/air will not be covered under warranty.

PLEASE NOTE:

Escapade Campers and all staff members hold no responsibility for the loading and movement of any sold product being collected and or transported. It is the buyers sole responsibility to ensure the products are securely fastened and safe prior to transport.

By purchasing one of our products you (the buyer) declare that you understand the risks involved and take complete ownership of any incident or damage occurring while being transported.

Should a Staff member of Escapade Campers assist in fitment of an Escapade product, you (the buyer) are also aware that it is your sole responsibility to undergo regular safety checks of the products on your vehicle prior to Driving. Due to the nature of these products, the owner must conduct weekly maintenance checks and ensure all bolts and screws are securely fastened and free from rust or corrosion.
